Apple released the newly redesigned version of iCloud and the Reminders app for Web. The company has released the beta version of the iCloud UI that is being redesigned further. Currently, the first beta of the UI is out and that is limited only to the web version of the service. The iOS version will receive the beta redesign update later this year. Not just the UI of iCloud, but the Reminders app now has the redesigned UI for web and also for the iOS.
Upcoming iOS 13 and macOS Catalina has the redesigned version of Reminders app. Now the web version has also received the same in Beta form. If the user visits the non-beta website, then the Reminders only has “Coming Soon” text on the page. The main splash screen or the homepage is changed with new clean and simple UI. The new UI is simple and clutter-free for the users. The users can easily find all of the iCloud apps and services from the homepage now. The services like Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, iCloud Drive, Notes, and more are present on the main screen. The new addition to the iCloud web beta is the Settings option, where the users can change the iCloud settings for all of their devices.
Apple announced the “Find My” app instead Find My iPhone feature. The Beta version of iCloud web interface still contains the same app instead of a new app. As this is a beta version, Apple will eventually remove the app in the next update and replace it with the appropriate app. The beta version is not available for everyone but for the Beta testers. The Apple ecosystem users can open beta.apple.com in their web browser and enroll for the iOS, macOS and iCloud beta program through Apple account.
